Refund policy

We have a 30-day policy for returns or exchanges of physical products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Where required by applicable statutory Distance Selling Regulations, CartoonStock® will offer refunds and cancellations in accordance with those regulations. Where such regulations do not apply to downloads of digital files, refunds and cancellations of orders are only available where a client has been unable to download images purchased. In the event of download problems, please contact us and where possible CartoonStock® will deliver image files by email or another medium. If this is not possible, or publishing deadlines have been missed, we will offer a full refund of the order regardless of any applicable statutory Distance Selling Regulations. Once an image file has been downloaded to a client's computer/device, no refund or cancellation can be offered unless applicable statutory Distance Selling Regulations mandate such a refund. Except as above, purchases of CartoonStock License Packs are strictly non-refundable and will expire after one year of account inactivity.
